Ronnie Layden Fine Art is dedicated to the photography and oil paintings of Ronnie Layden, a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Exhibiting beautiful plein air, abstract and stylized oil paintings, classical black & white photographs of New Mexico, and works he created during his travels around the world.

Paintings: Ronnie’s paintings are inspired by nature. He recreates and re-imagines the essence and beauty that he encounters in his adventures through the wilderness of New Mexico, and across the globe. He began painting en plein air, and eventually developed his own unique style and techniques.

Photography: His photographs are sometimes mistaken for oil paintings because of their strong but sensitive compositions. The photographs are taken using black and white film and are inspired by his passion for realistic romance and beauty.
