About Santa Fe

Welcome to the Revolution Bakery, Santa Fe’s only 100% gluten free bakery. We serve gluten free breads, cakes, pies, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, coffee cakes, brownies, scones and more to take home or enjoy in our bright, airy and expansive dining room, with a cup of Metropolis coffee and free Wi-Fi.

All of our sweets are handmade, hand rolled and hand cut in Santa Fe, Revolution Bakery, Santa Fe New Mexico, using only the finest, freshest ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavorings.

Our gluten free baked goods include artisan breads, cakes, cupcakes cookies, muffins, scones, coffee cakes and more. We also take special orders. We ship goods via UPS Priority Mail, which takes three to five business days.
