About Santa Fe

'I just had a wonderful meal at Chez Mamou in Santa Fe. The croque monsieur was one of the best I have had, and that is saying quite a lot.A friend loves the Le Charcutier , wonderful prosciutto, french dried salami, roasted ham, roasted red peppers, goat cheese and caramelized onions. Simply delicious. The mussels are very good and, believe it or not, the pasta dishes are some of the best in town. There are daily specials, also superb. The pastries are one of the stars of the place. The fruit tarts, linzer torte and lemon tart are sensational, as is the almond marzipan and the chocolate ganache coconut macaroons. Try an authentic and hard to find brioche a tete, and you know that there is a little authentic French Bistro in the heart of Santa Fe. I have been here several times now and can't wait to go back again...'
